We have reset the plant and normal service is resuming; please allow an hour or so for your heating and hot-water temperatures to return to set-point as the network heats back up.

There has been a power cut in Broome Lodge which has taken out the boilers and pumps. As a result there is no supply to apartments for generating heating and hot-water. Our technician is on his way to site to reset the plant and restore service.
